Delivery Information

DELIVERY POLICY

We offer flat rate shipping for retail orders and Free NZ-Wide shipping for retail orders over $99.

Our Standard method of delivery in New Zealand is via CourierPost couriers but this may vary depending on the nature of the order and the delivery location. Our target for standard delivery is three working days. We do not guarantee that items will be in stock. If an item sells out you will be advised by email.

A signature may be required on delivery (or instructions where goods may be delivered safely).

Please contact us should you require a tracking number for your purchases.

The Gadget Guys Limited. does not accept responsibility for any goods not signed for on delivery. We can ship to PO Boxes and rural delivery addresses for delivery but we may not be able to courier to these addresses. In this case track and trace will still be available in most cases however delivery times may vary as a result. Work addresses are fine but please state delivery hours. A contact phone number is also required for work addresses.

For Delivery Outside New Zealand:

For Australia the price quoted does not include GST.  New Zealand GST is 15%.

Shipping to other destinations will be calculated for each item delivered. As our various product lines vary in size each item has a different shipping fee.  We will advise total freight charges on confirmation of your order. For orders to more than one destination, a freight charge may apply per delivery address.

If by any chance one of the products is out of stock please contact The Gadget Guys as we will endeavour to obtain them.  We generally can obtain out of stock RAM parts within 7-10 days but other product lines may not be available outside normal order cycle times from the manufacturer.

Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, excluding public holidays). Your parcel should arrive within 2-4 working days (Rural Delivery and South Island addresses taking longer). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

If you haven't received your parcel within 5 days please contact us.

Please be aware that at peak times (e.g. Christmas etc.) deliveries may take slightly longer due to the volume of freight moving around New Zealand.

Please note, shipping terms and costs quoted apply to New Zealand and Australian delivery addresses only. WE ARE HAPPY TO SHIP TO OTHER INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES – please contact us for a freight cost.
