RAM-316-1-2461U RAM® Pod™ I No-Drill Vehicle Mount with 18" Rod and 75x75mm VESA Plate
The RAM-316-1-2461U is a no-drill in-car mount for a light to medium VESA device. An 18" (457mm) bendable aluminium rod bolts to an existing seat-rail bolt, so it fits without drilling, and a 92mm square 75mm VESA plate on a C-size ball holds the device at your chosen angle.

FAQs
How does it fit without drilling? The base has a foot with a mounting hole. You remove a passenger seat-rail bolt, slip the foot under the rail, refit the bolt, then bend the rod to set the height and angle.
