This is a throat mic system specially designed to allow use by motorcycle riders or anyone esle working in a noisy situation where a throat mic cuts out the interference from noisy environments. It can be used with speakers, 2 way radios, phones or other devices. Applications (not limited to) – Law enforcement, military, construction, motorcycle, auto racing, landscaping, paragliding, skydiving and more…

IASUS GP3-R headsets are equipped with our 3rd generation Noise Terminator throat microphone transponder technology which are based on a concept developed by the military during WWII. Typical headset communication systems relying on the conventional boom or inline microphones is ineffective under extreme conditions.

The IASUS Gen 3.0 NT transponders pick up only voice signals by directly absorbing the vibrations created from the user’s throat, bypassing air as a medium of conduction.


Multi-Device Compatibility

At IASUS, our goal and purpose is unique: To create new niche and innovative products that solve very specific needs. Compatible with most 2-way radios when paired with an IASUS adapter (Motorola, Kenwood, Midland and etc.).


The GP3-R includes a 3.5mm earphone terminal to be used with the IA Earbuds or XSound / XS3 helmet speakers.
