The RAM-B-177-347U consists of a glare shield clamp base, short double socket arm and 51 x 43mm rectangular base that contains the universal AMPs hole pattern.

This mount is designed to mount to the lip edge of a flat surface from 4.4mm to 28mm thick. Popular mounting edges include a car side window edge lip or glare shield on an aeroplane. The base has two composite bolts that, when tightened, clamp the base to the lip surface.

A RAM 1" diameter rubber ball is connected to the base allowing you to connect a RAM 1" diameter arm socket and connection plates to create the perfect mount for your application. The mount is designed with a RAM 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; this allowing for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles.


This 51 x 43mm (2" x 1.7") rectangular ball base features industry-standard AMPS hole pattern (38MM X 30MM / 1.5" x 1.188") with four pre-drilled holes at each corner
